✅ Important Instructions Before Registration:
Before proceeding with the online application, candidates are advised to carefully read the guidelines related to scanning and uploading of the photograph, signature, thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and required documents as provided on the Bank’s website.
i) Candidates must scan their photograph and signature ensuring both adhere to the required specifications as mentioned in the official guidelines.
ii) In addition to the above, candidates are required to capture and upload a live photograph using a webcam or mobile phone.
iii) Scan the left thumb impression and handwritten declaration for uploading.
iv) Ensure you have a valid personal email ID and mobile number, which should remain active until the recruitment process is completed. Communication including call letters will be sent to the registered email ID.
If you do not have a valid email ID, create one before applying and maintain it throughout the process.
v) Image files should be uploaded in .jpg or .jpeg format only.
vi) The following documents must be scanned in PDF format and uploaded during the application process:
a. Left thumb impression
b. Handwritten declaration
c. Brief Resume
d. ID Proof with full address
e. Age proof (Birth Certificate or Class 10th Certificate showing Date of Birth)
f. Educational certificates including 10th, 12th, final graduation, post-graduation, and other qualifications
g. Experience certificates clearly mentioning the joining and relieving dates, along with the nature of duties performed
vii) Applications submitted after the deadline or found incomplete will be rejected.
viii) In case of multiple applications, only the last valid (complete) application will be considered.
Multiple appearances for interview under the same post will lead to cancellation of candidature.
ix) Applicants must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and other conditions mentioned in the advertisement.
x) After submitting the application, candidates are advised to print the system-generated application form for their records.
xi) No requests for modification in address, email ID, mobile number, caste/category will be entertained after submission.
Candidates must enter accurate information and review the form carefully before submission.
xii) The candidate must ensure that the signature is consistent across all documents including call letter, attendance sheet, etc.
Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted.
